Very spacious, bright, and cozy condo. Close to amenities such as daycares, schools, shopping centers, and many more. Also accessible by public transport, commuter train, highways, and bike paths.
With a fire alarm system, large private terrace, parking space in the heated garage with storage room, propane gas fireplace, and wall-mounted air conditioning. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet.
The terrace was redone in the summer of 2021 and the ventilation ducts were all cleaned in 2020 and addition of a large cabinet that serves as a pantry.
