House in a nice and quiet neighborhood with large rooms incl. 3 bedrooms and the possibility of a 4th in the basement. New door, windows and a lot of storage. Large and clean backyard with a pool, which has a new motor and filter. Backyard has sunlight all day and is easy maintenance.

Very close to public transit and 15 minutes from the Montréal subway.
