Very sunny condo unit overlooking the street. The configuration of the ground floor is unique to other phases with dining island opened on the dinning room. The two large rooms have very large windows letting in plenty of light. The grounds are well maintained with floral arrangements (in the front and the back). Beautiful tree in front providing privacy and shade on the balcony .
