2 bedroom condo with heated garage 2 steps from the Jean-Talon metro - Very rare!
Unique location in Rosemont / Petite Patrie!
This property is one the closest condo with garage to the Jean-Talon metro! You are there in less than 3 minutes and most of the trip is performed under the Plaza St-Hubert's marquee!
This is a great place for a young couple, a young family or people seeking the proximity of services. Virtually everything you need is within walking distance and in a few minutes. We barely use the car.
The area is full of restaurants, delicatessens and food stores. Several excellent restaurants are found in Little Italy and all are within walking distance, of course.
This very exclusive area is considered the "new plateau" but focuses on families. Neighborhood life is excellent and the neighbors are very quiet.
There are only 2 units and the only common costs are insurance and heating of the garage.
