Owners’ comments

Warm and bright condo, located in the heart of Rosemont. A short walk from Beaubien metro and all amenities (grocery, liquor store, bakery, fish etc.). Parking often available on the street. 

The apartment is completely renovated, yet keeps its original character. The floors were completely redone with American walnut. Plumbing and electricity were redone as well. Most of the brick exterior walls and roof were redone in 2009.

The kitchen is open to the dining area, making it ideal for dinner with friends. Plenty of counter space for cooking, including two central counters with shelves. A ceramic sink below a window facing the back alley. Very bright during the day, you can access the balcony through the back door where you can setup a BBQ. The cabinets provide plenty of storage in addition to the middle counters.

The living room is the 1st space encountered when entering from the entrance stairs. Comfortable, it is also very well lit and gives access to the balcony facing de la Roche street.

The master bedroom is a spacious double room, which is furnished with a large closet spanning the entire width of the room. An arch separates the original spaces. The 2nd bedroom can be used as a guest's or child's room because it also has a washer and dryer.

The bathroom has a large tub with shower, and a contemporary sink on a teak legs. Light is constant throughout the day due to the skylight above the bathtub. The ceramic floor has a dark wood pattern.
