Beautiful sunny condominium next to the Père-Marquette parc, and at a 10 minutes walk from Rosemont subway station. There are no neighbors above, the place is therefore calm and well lit throughout the day. 9 feet ceilings and O'gees. Ideal for a young couple or bachelor. The open space main area includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, and office. The 2nd bedroom can also be turned into an office. There is one balcony adjacent to the main bedroom and a terrace adjacent to the main area. There is a lot of storage space, including a shed adjacent to the balcony. The district is being upgraded by the borough hall so the condominium's value will increase quickly.
It is at a walkable distance from many public services such as food markets and grocery stores, pre-school and scholar institutions, parks, library, pool and water jets, community gardens, bike tracks, the Plaza Saint-Hubert, restaurants and pubs. The area is well served by public transportation; there are 3 bus lines, one of which is a night bus, a Bixi station and the subway's orange line. Easy and fast access to the highway 40, Jacques-Cartier bridge, and downtown Montreal in 10 to 15 minutes by car. Easy parking on the street.
