Very nice condo of 1075 sq. ft. located in Rosemont, a few steps from the Molson Park, Beaubien cinema and all the attractions of the neighbourhood.

3 bedrooms and a large living space that bathes in the light, this condo is located on the 3rd floor of a triplex in undivided co-ownership. There is a small front balcony and a large private rear terrace, a parking space and 250 sq. ft. of storage in the basement.

Completely renovated with great taste, attention was paid to quality, maximizing space and choosing materials. The cachet has been preserved while modernizing the global appearance.

  • The gravel roof was redone in 2017, including two new skylights;
  • The exterior and interior walls have been fully insulated and soundproofed;
