GREAT TRIPLEX OF 4 APARTMENTS PERFECTLY LOCATED IN ROSEMONT
Beautiful building located in one of Montreal's most coveted and prettiest neighborhoods and on a very safe and quiet street.
The property offers three big, luminous and well maintained 5 1/2 apartments, that offer yet a lot of increased potential. One of the apartments had its kitchen completely renovated in 2014 as well as its bathroom and has been opened with the help of a central wooden beam to give a loft look. The basement has been transformed in a 3 1/2 apartment to offer additional revenues. The roof has been changed in 2013 and the underground plumbing has been redone. Five recent home appliances come with the second 5 1/2.
