Spacious and calm condo with lots of sunlight and unobstructed panoramic view towards South and West located at a walking distance from a small mall (grocery store, pharmacy, etc.) and the Caron park (both at the corner of the street) as well as from the Côte-Vertu metro and the Montpellier train station (15 min to downtown).
