Beautiful sunny cottage in nice old Saint-Laurent residential area. Big back yard, solarium with patio, 2 upstairs bedrooms, large living room with fireplace, dining room (or office) with lots of light facing south, finished basement (one bedroom), 1 ½ washrooms, 1-car garage + driveway for a 1-2 more cars.
Subway station, city library, commercial street (banks, pharmacies, restaurants) and 2 nice parks all less than 5 minutes walking distance. Close to shopping malls and supermarkets, skating ring, community centre, grade / high schools and CEGEPs:

A 5-minute drive to highways 15, 40, 520 and a commuter train station. 15 minutes from downtown.
Characteristics: sunny, hardwood floors, fireplace, good location, parking + garage. High thermal protection steel doors and aluminium windows replaced in 2012. All roofs redone in 2010 with 40 year warranty shingles.
