Great five-plex,(53' x 42') which is ideally located, in front of a park. The facade is made of stones and bricks.
First floor is a 7 1/2. Owner's part contains two kitchens, 2 restrooms, a double-garage, other sections are one 5 1/2, and three 4 1/2, all already rented.
Roof was done in 2008, electrical heating, fireplace in basement. 3 parking spaces in uni-stones. Easy to rent, great tenants.
All in all a great investment.
