Owners’ comments
Pretty condo in an upper duplex with 3 closed bedrooms. Located just steps from the De l'Église station. O'gees and maple hardwood floors in all rooms (except the bathroom). Many recent renovations: kitchen cabinets and flooring, interior doors, ethanol fireplace, water heater, masonry, windows, etc. An outdoor parking is included, as well as 2 balconies (with a possibility to have a BBQ) and an outdoor shed. Near the "Wellington Promenade" (several shops, including grocery, pharmacy, bakery, cafe, pub, restaurants, etc.), the bicycle path beside the river and Atwateur market. Quick access to highways 10, 15, 20, 720 and the Champlain Bridge.
