Construction of 2014, we are the first occupants. It is ideally located because it is close to all facilities.
The condo has 3 bedrooms and an outdoor parking space. It is very bright because it is a corner unit.
It is located in the downtown Borough: Ville-Marie. Near to Hochelaga-Maisonneuve, Plateau Mont-Royal and Rosemont and Close to the Frontenac and Préfontaine metros and bicycle paths.
All amenities are nearby (Maxi, Canadian Tire, Daycare, CPE, Sports Center,...).
