House with 3 storeys and a basement. The landlord uses the basement and the first floor, and there is 7 studios on the second and third floor. This property can be fixed in 3 condos with a permit from the ''service de l'urbanisme de la ville de Montréal'', or have revenues from the 7 studios with different kinds of customers, or 3 apartments, or even a cottage. This building was completely renovated to assure its durability. Only the aesthetic side has to be improved.
1610 and 1612 St-André
House classified ''macro inventaire'' build in 1883. The 1610 St-André has the first floor and the basement, and the 1612 St-André has 4 studios on the second floor, and 3 studios on the third floor. Renovated in 2006, there is a new electric circuit, and new plumbing all in copper. The front exterior wall was completly renovated in 2008. The roof was redone in 2008, and the one for the extension in 2012 (white membrane). The floors for all the bathrooms were redone. Each studios is equipped with a smoke detector. The basement was digged (around 120 cubic meters) to rebuild all the sewer pipes, and lift the house to level all the floors. All the walls were rebuilt.
