Large 2-story condominium in a 1929 building that was fully restored and renovated in 2017

This super condo is right in front of a school and in close proximity to the Crémazie and Jarry subway station. The large open area on the first floor receives a lot of sun.

On the first floor, the kitchen is centered around a long 12-feet island with built-in appliances. The family room can easily be converted to a 3rd bedroom and the Dining Room can accommodate a very large table. The rear balcony is accessible via a big patio door.  

In the basement, the floor is entirely heated for maximum comfort and this is where resides the 2 bedrooms including 1 with a roomy walk-in. There's also a laundry room with a lot of storage and a 2nd bedroom. The bathroom also features heated floors.
