On the top floor, built in 2009, 1000 square feet, high-light condominium with large openings and skylights in the dining room. Very functional U-shaped kitchen with granite countertop. Interior glass doors. Lots of storage space.
Large bathroom, ceramic and glass shower, 64 inch bath, washer-dryer in bathroom storage.
16 X 8 feet Balcony including a cagibi, with no immediate residential neighbor. Alarm system. Private Exterior parking lot
