Beautiful 3 story house (with basement), built 2012, on a one (1) acre lot. 1,691 square feet (excluding the basement). Septic tank and artesian well. Another three (3) year warranty with A.P.C.H.Q.
To live in the village Mont-Cascades gives you access to common land belonging to the association, at a cost of $ 30 ANNUALLY. Common lands include access to two private lakes, one for fishing (trout), and one for swimming, which is actually a private beach of white sand, with excellent water quality, at 5 minutes from home.
