To live in the village Mont-Cascades gives you access to common land belonging to the association, at a cost of $ 30 ANNUALLY. Common lands include access to two private lakes, one for fishing (trout), and one for swimming, which is actually a private beach of white sand, with 
 excellent water quality, at 5 minutes from home. You also have access to more than 25 km of trails, maintained summer and winter (walking, skiing, etc.).
