Beautiful single-family house 2 stories, warm and a lot of natural light, located in a cul-de-sac street, lots of spaces for work from home. Built on a 1-acre lot, near everything, 10 km from downtown Hull and 12 km from Parliament Hill, 4 km from Gatineau Park. Access to cross-country ski trail and bike path. Peaceful, and spacious. In-ground pool 20 by 40, roof renovated in 2010, fenestration and doors were done in 2013, brand new ensuite bathroom. Double garage with access to the finished basement.
