A little all-inclusive for you in le Plateau!! Beautiful property with a large lot located on a street corner (only two neighbors) and completely furnished with care and taste. Live peacefully in a quiet environment while living within walking distance of the elementary school, the future location of the Agora du Plateau, and several city parks. An ideal home for a little family: peaceful place, superb pool set-up, a fully finished and practical basement, nice neighborhood, and the proximity to all the services offered by le Plateau sector. In addition, the house and the land offer several luxurious features that make the property stand out on the market.

First, a glance at the property: a brick house facade, two flower beds, lots of trees, a large gallery covered with solid paving stones, and a superb two-seater front yard with a unique interlocks design. You will often see passersby looking towards your house entrance!

The residence has a garage large enough to park a car while allowing to store a lot of equipment on the sides. The garage offers lots of storage space: two huge shelves on the sides, a workbench, supports on the walls (for bikes, ladders, extensions, tools, etc.), several shelves for shoes, hooks for coats and a pretty wooden gallery to enter the house and practical for storage.

Upstairs, two cozy children's bedrooms have been adapted with attention to details. The view of the backyard is great and allows you to wake up your little loved ones with the morning sun. The master bedroom is spacious. It has a cathedral ceiling and a large practical walk-in closet. With its large white curtains, the window makes the room very soothing. Finally, this floor is completed by a very large bathroom with a bath on a ceramic podium, a granite vanity, and the easy-to-clean shower is separated from the bath. Two doors give access to the room.

The tour of the house ends with the basement, which is fully furnished and almost new as it was built less than three years ago by a qualified general contractor, with materials of great quality. The open area is ideal for putting in a movie theater. There is also plenty of room for children to play and a lot of storage space with the large thermoplastic cabinets located there. Speaking of children, they will be delighted to be able to play in the cedar shingle child-house fitted out for them under the stairs. Love at first sight for children, and their parents too!
