Note: the basement has been completely re-finished in January 2015. New high end laminate floors, opened up into a large well lit family room and enclosed storage room, as well as a full bathroom. Must see, pictures available.

Impeccably clean and well maintained 2 storey house, with an extra large, flat backyard in a quiet and desirable neighborhood.

Built in 2010, lots of extras. Close to Allumettières Highway, Champlain Bridge and direct bus route to Ottawa.
