Owners’ comments
Spacious home, ideal for families. Near schools, library, municipal pool, groceries and arena. Quiet neighbourhood. Roof re-done in June 2000, drainage system re-done in August 2006, main floor bathroom with separate shower re-done in 2005, and 2nd floor bathroom re-done in 2011. Oil tank replaced in August 2005 and 60 gallon water tank purchased in 2011. Main floor laundry room and central vacuum.
