Beautiful single-family home (2004), well maintained, spacious, well divided and bright, located in front of a park, very good neighborhood, quiet, close to all services; walk to grocery stores, banks, restaurants, secondary school; close to the highway 50 (exit Montée Paiement); 3-4 minutes by car from Gatineau Hospital, Maison de la culture, Center sportif, Aréna, Cégep de l'Outaouais
