Brand-new roof and windows. 15 minutes from the Parliament Hill. 10 minutes from Nordic spa and Gatineau park. This house comes with all the appliances  and a big TV in the family room and the huge sofa. There is a wood fireplace.The a/c unit is one year old.  Primary school and high school  really close, to which you can walk. Gorgeous garden  with Tiffany stairs. Many perennials and a pound. Nice park in the back and a daycare. No neighbor in the back but a park. Really quiet area; a dead end little street, very private. 2 patios, one in the forest, very unique and private. It includes also 2 sheds, very useful.
