Magnificent house, very well maintained, recently renovated and landscaped in a quiet area of the Côte d'Azur, within walking distance of parks and elementary and secondary schools. Double garage, 24 foot above ground salt pool and spa. Large backyard surrounded by several mature trees. As a result, peace and tranquility are at the omnipresent. Beautiful spacious kitchen with dinette area, oak cabinets, granite countertop, double sink and island with a patio door leading to a two-level rear deck. Large dining room. In the living room, there is a built-in fireplace for winter evenings and a large patio door giving access to the spa. Three bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom in the basement. On the ground floor there is a soundproof music room which can be used as an office or bedroom. A huge renovated basement containing a family room and a bedroom with cushioned floors that can be used as an exercise room. The lower level of the basement serves as a workshop and storage on a concrete floor.
