Construction with high quality materials. Property very well maintained, up to date. Located in a sought-after neighborhood of Gatineau, within walking distance of the hospital, a high school, CEGEP, sports center, Maison de la Culture, a bus stop, a cinema and a bike path. Beautiful landscaping including interlock patio and balcony in the backyard.
