Very nice bungalow located in a quiet area of Hull in the north part of Mont-Bleu. with a wonderful view over the city. A very large patio is at the back facing South to relaxe in the summer time. We are home owner sinc September 1986.

A possession of the property is possible immediatly.
Renovations have been done to the kitchen, bathroom and basement flooring, and the car entrance is newly paved.

A large family room in the basement with a fireplace with a large window and a door leading to the backyard. Also, the backyard is in level with the basement flooring and there is a retaining wall that was renovated in 1992.
