Very nice condo unit located in a selected neighbourhood of Hull.
This ground level unit has two bedrooms and is well situated near Gatineau Park. Access to schools at all levels, to highway and to public transportation are at proximity.
This unit offer an open living space and stands out with central heating/AC, natural lighting, storage spaces inside and outside the unit that are easily accessible.
The large terrace is very private and accessible through the patio door located in the kitchen.
The private parking is located near the entrance of the condo. Concrete floor separate each unit.
The poured concrete terrace was re-done in 2023 and the floor in the condo (except the ceramic floor) were done in 2022.
