Great Location! Renovated and repainted - Building well maintained and renovated. Flexible ownership date.
Condo for sale in downtown Hull, Gatineau. It is within close walking distance of Portage, downtown Ottawa, restaurants, and Jacques-Cartier park. OC transpo and STO buses are easily accessible with nearby stops. The main bathroom was recently renovated (2018) and almost the entire condo has been repainted. There is a Master Bathroom accessible through the walk-in closet adjoining the Master Bedroom. The condo has multiple closets and ample storage space with an enclosed area for the washer and dryer.
The building's elevator was replaced in 2016, the roof redone in 2017, and the communal access areas and passageways have all been recently renovated. The gym was renovated in 2016 and has two bathrooms and saunas. The building has a communal bicycle storage room and a ping pong room with large windows that look out onto the yard.
