Le Neufchatel is renowned in Gatineau for its luxury, stylishness and low maintenance living. It is extremely well maintained and possesses updated features such an electronic "key fob" access and new elevators. It is a friendly environment as well.
This modern, open concept renovated apartment offers a great view of Gatineau Park from the large windows and balcony.
It is in great shape and move in ready with all of the latest amenities. The wood floors offer warmth and comfort and match with any decor and furniture. The kitchen has plenty of counter and storage space and comes with a quartz counter top. 4 stainless steel appliances are included as well as 2 stools.
The unit is large and has an extra large laundry area where you can hang your clothes to dry, if so desired. The washer and dryer are included.
The master bedroom has its own ensuite powder room while a second full washroom is accessible to all occupants and guests.
