Nice ancestral home with 4 bedrooms. Very stylish with its arches and a mix of antique and modern elements.

- In the master bedroom, there is a walk-in closet as well as a cedar one and an additional small one.

-  Long lane way where 3 cars can be parked one in front of the other plus 2 more in front of the garage in the backyard.

- Powder room completely redone during the last year, and the floor of the kitchen/laundry room/powder groom was replaced at the same time.

- Lots of cupboards in the kitchen and in the laundry room.

- Roof replaced during the last 5 years. Windows in very good shape.

- Opaque 6-foot high fences on each side of the backyard.

- Very central location, close to the highway and the main roads going to Ottawa, Gatineau and Aylmer.

- Within walking distance from some government buildings.
