A gem! A must-see! 1,695 sq2 2-story townhouse (plus basement) in real pristine condition in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees. Very close to the famous Moore Farm, Manoir des Trembles, a few minutes from: the Champlain Bridge, the Gatineau Park, the cycle and cross-country skiing paths, the commercial area Le Plateau and the bus stops.
Well managed condo. Major renovations have been done. PVC windows (2006), roof (2011), garage doors (2014) and aluminum balcony and banister (June 2015). Monthly condo fees of $230.00, including snow removal, lawn-mowing, and other exterior repairs as needed.
