Owners’ comments
Situated in a dream location, a cul-de-sac, this nice home is very clean and well-maintained. Several renovations were done: kitchen with quartz counter-tops and 1st-quality maple cabinets. Main bathroom was also renovated with ceramics and a new 2-sink cabinet with granite counter top. The basement family room was also re-done along with the combined basement washroom / laundry room. The roof was re-done in 2007 and has a 25 year warranty. A new air conditioning unit was installed in 2008.
