Beautiful townhouse, end unit, the most spacious and well divided model on the street, central air conditioning, lots of windows, very large backyard, nicely landscaped, in middle of quiet street, easy access to the highway 50, less than 5 minutes away from all services (bus, sports centre, library, grocery store, drug store, elementary school, high school, CEGEP). Ideal for a young family.
Many recent upgrades : roof (2007), main bathroom (2012), Roberge windows at the front of the house (July 2013).
