Charming split-level bungalow with three bedrooms and two bathrooms on a large acre-and-a-third wooded lot with brick front and bay window in the kitchen. Charbonneau Road is private (cul-de-sac) and the area is peaceful.

The tranquility and fresh air of the countryside near the city:

  • 10 minutes from Highway 50 and 25 minutes from downtown Ottawa
  • One minute from the Perkins village core and its shops (Tim Hortons, Subway, Papa Pizza, Rona, grocery store with SAQ, dentist, veterinarian, etc.)

There is a large two-level deck at the back for outdoor dining and welcoming family and friends for a BBQ. A large shed is also included. AirFib high-speed internet available (antenna already installed)!

  • Negative slope against the exposed part of the roughcast around the house (soil on the lawn and 0-3/4 gravel on the side of the parking entrance) (2017)
  • Riverwash stone entrance (2017)
  • Front porch redone in handcrafted wood with steel stair stringers and ramps (2018)
  • Replaced the roof shingles and soffits and weatherproofed the back of the large shed (2018)
  • Replaced the French drain output section from the house to the creek from flexible to rigid pipes, installed two access points (for camera and cleaning) and did a complete flush and cleaning of the French drain (2019)
