Owners’ comments
Large open concept condo, completely renovated in 2017, very bright, integrated into a complex of sixteen (16) units. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, a 5-minute walk from many services: shopping center, public transport, restaurants, bike paths, banking services, grocery store, gym, library, school, gas stations, convenience store. No neighbor in the back.
This building is non-smoking. There is a possibility to have pets, but I never had any pets in the apartment.
You benefit from two (2) exterior parking lots, separate front and rear entrances, air conditioning, interior and exterior storage, air exchanger, 72 ft2 (4.65 m2) balcony including a removable winter protection screen.
