Owners’ comments
Peaceful haven located in a charming, tranquil, wooded neighborhood and close to everything in Cap-Rouge, Quebec. Nice three-bedroom, non-smoking semi-detached house, with beautiful solarium (2010) with propane fireplace, allowing you to fully enjoy all seasons. A/C-heat pump. Superb and huge outdoor terrace built in 2014, double paved entrance (2012), covered front gallery. Large shed in the backyard. The roof was redone in 2015 and the agricultural drain in 2014 at the same time as the landscaping work. The water heater was replaced in the summer of 2020. Nearby: huge park for children within 100 m, Jacques Cartier beach at 3 km, Trails of the Cap-Rouge River at 1 km, Lake St. Augustin trails 4 km, bakeries, SAQ and specialty grocery stores, and all services within 2 km.
