Montagnes des Roches - Close to Louis XIV and Bourg Royal, bus route and all imaginable services that include pharmacy, dentist, medical clinic, two grocery stores and a hardware store, also close is a primary and secondary school, what more could one ask for.
This condo has three sides of brick, completely finished on 3 stories. On top floor there are 2 large bedrooms with lots of closet space and wood floors. The bathroom is complete with separate bath and shower and storage area. No carpet except for on stairs.
On the main floor you will find the cozy living room, the kitchen has ceramic counters and cupboards of a rich mahogany color. The dining room offers a view of the yard and the washroom has fittings for the washer and dryer.
The basement is completely finished with 2 more large rooms, bathroom with shower and an independent entrance that comes in handy.
Please take note that 3 of the 4 bedrooms are 16 feet long.
The backyard is private and cozy, it has two separate patios, one in the back corner that measures 8'x12' (2013) and another that is between the home and pool, it measures 16'x14'. The fence (2010-2013) that borders the yard includes benches and flower boxes that are already integrated. The shed measures 12'x8 (2009). Out of ground 12' pool (2009), heating system is not included in sale.
