One and a half storey house. Renovated in 2015! The bathroom, kitchen, dining room and the bedrooms on the second floor were all renovated in this year. The hot water tank was changed in 2018. The house has no neighbors behind it. The neighbors on either side are amazing people. They are loving people who are always ready to help. You won't find better I guarantee it! In addition, if you like nature well the house is 5 minutes walk from the mountains and also from the ATV and snowmobile trails. There is a convenience store where you can find everything with a small snack 5 minutes walk away. Primary school is nearby and buses are available in the neighborhood. There is a CPE at the same distance as the school. Otherwise, there are still plenty of daycares within a reasonable distance. Maison d'un étage et demi. Rénové en 2015! La salle de bain, cuisine, salle à manger et les chambres au deuxième ont toutes été rénovées dans cette année. La plomberie, l'électricité et la fosse septique ont été remises à neuf en 2021. La marque de la fosse septique est une BIONEST avec lampe UV. Nous avons aussi les documents de conformité ainsi que toutes les photos et factures du changement. Pour l'électricité, celle-ci a été refaite en 2021 ce qui veut dire : les prises, les interrupteurs ainsi que le panneau de contrôle à fusible. Ceci a été fait dans les normes preuve à l'appui. La maison est reliée à un puits artésien au-devant de la maison. L'eau est super bonne!! Testée en 2021. Le réservoir à eau chaude a été changé en 2018. La maison n'a aucun voisin derrière. Les voisins de chaque côté sont des gens extraordinaires. Ce sont des gens aimants et toujours prêts à aider. Tu ne trouveras pas mieux je te le garantie! En plus, si tu aimes la nature bien la maison est à 5 min à pied des montagnes et aussi des sentiers de VTT et de motoneige. Il y a un dépanneur où tu trouves de tout avec un petit casse-croute à 5 min à pied. L'école primaire est proche et l'autobus est disponible dans le quartier. Il y a un CPE à la même distance que l'école. Sinon, il y a quand même beaucoup de garderies à une distance raisonnable. Enfin, nous donnons la possibilité de vendre des meubles et la prise de possession est flexible.
