Owners’ comments
Large semi-detached with garage at basement level located in a quiet area near highways and 10 minutes from downtown Quebec and Sainte-Foy. Close to two primary schools and two public secondary schools and one private secondary school. Well served by public transport with stops 3 minutes' walk away and the Les Saules terminus is very close.
Terrace on the garage with several possibilities.
Complete foundation drain in June 2019 and connected to the foundation drain of the neighboring semi-detached.
Renovation of basement floors redone in September 2019.
All the rooms were repainted in 2018-2019 except the master bedroom and the main bathroom.
The semi-detached was isolated by an 8-inch thick soundproofing wall in the living room. The sound is therefore cut at 100%.
"Split-level" type with a wooden staircase of 4 steps in the kitchen leading to bedrooms 1 (master) and 2 as well as to the main bathroom.
There is a playroom or family room in the basement (there is no photo in the description). The ceiling has been soundproofed, so you can't hear anything when the parents are in the main living room upstairs. It was repainted in 2019.

The utility room in the basement has several shelves. It is fitted to enter the garage in winter with hooks for coats, 2 wardrobes and a space for toques and mittens. The washer and dryer are also in this room.
