2 bedroom condo in the 1st phase of the iLoft project. Built in 2015 in the former Collège Bellevue (1961). Owned and occupied by a couple with no kids or animals since; everything is in perfect condition.
Building and project with a lot of character. Historical character maintained (original marble window sill, exposed beam, etc.) but everything was completely redone. Perfect soundproofing.
Corner unit on the last floor with 10 ft ceilings and huge windows (custom roller blinds and shades included in every window). Facing West; we get a ton of sunlight during the afternoon through the night. There are no bildings blocking the view so we get amazing sunsets over the Laurentides every day.
Well organized open concept living space; 9 1/2 ft long kitchen island which is perfect to entertain and well-designed kitchen with a lot of storage space. Independent laundry + storage room. Additional good size storage unit on ground level; very convenient for large items that you need to take in/out of your car frequently. There is also a shared, secured, room to store bikes in the basement. Overall a lot of storage for a condo in this area.
2 outside, side by side, private parking spots; one of which is oversized. Shared rooftop patio with a 360 degrees view, equipped with a Napoleon BBR grill, small sink and fridge; ideal to enjoy a drink before dinner or to grill and dine there.
The condo is at the end of the hallway, opposite of the rooftop patio; there is no foot traffic whatsoever, it's very quiet. Well managed HOA (owner is on the board) and neighbours are quiet and discreet.
Sought-after neighbourhood. In the middle of the city and close to the action, yet far from the street on an immense lot (access by a private street or a cul-de-sac). No "city noises" or traffic noise. Many large and mature trees.
Walking distance from Maguire Avenue, Bois-de-Coulonge for pick-nicks, many bakeries, cafés, restaurants and other shops.
