Bright 4 1/2 condo located on the 3rd and last floor of a building on the border between Montcalm and St-Sacrement neighborhoods. Close to all the attractions of the city!
Very nice kitchen/dining area with generous windows overlooking the backyard. The old drum was completely insulated and windowed in 2013, giving an open and bright look to this space.
There are two balconies: a small one at the front overlooking chemin Ste-Foy (accessible from the boudoir) and a second one overlooking the backyard (accessible from the kitchen). The rear balcony, arranged in an "L" shape, is intimate and has a beautiful morning light.
The bathroom was refreshed in 2020 with a ceramic shower and has a stacked washer/dryer. Compact and functional system. Newly replaced windows (2013 and 2017). Central water heating system, powered by natural gas.
Major and minor renovations have been done in the last few years in the common areas, mainly following an inspection by the RBQ in 2019 (adjustment to fire protection measures) and by the insurer in 2021.
The basement includes a washer-dryer area for owners who do not have one in their unit, the mechanical room as well as the storage space for each condo.
