Prime area. in Sillery's district, part of the borough of Sainte-Foy/Sillery/Cap-Rouge, near the Centre hospitalier de l'Université Laval, Laval University, major shopping centers and proposed tramways (on Laurier blvd.)
Large 8 400 square feet yard. The backyard is bordered by hedges. Treated wood deck.
Very sunny and bright rooms, 8,5 high ceiling with molding, hardwood floors. Renovated kitchen, ash wood cupboards and build-in hutch, work island and a large kitchen pantry.
Partially finished basement : new bathroom/laundry room, bedroom can serve as an office, wood burning stove, great in case of power failure or to spend an evening by the fire.
Almost all repairs and renovations done around the house had an energy-efficient component. Ask for a copy of "The Declaration of the seller" to have a portrait of the property, its condition and its history.
