Beautiful 4 brick-sides bungalow on large garden, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lots of storage, fully renovated with quality materials in a very quiet street, 2 min walk to Maguire street in Sillery area. Sold with numerous inclusions: luxury stainless steel appliances, lighting and blinds. Owning date is very flexible.
District
Highly on-demand area. In 5 minutes walking distance: shops, pharmacy, dentist, grocery store, bank, liquor store, bakery, restaurants, primary and secondary schools (public and private) universities. Public transportation (bus 25, 11 and 16) down the street and Metrobus 800-801 walking distance in 8 minutes. The street is lined with trees and there are very few cars passages. The neighborhood is diverse, calm, mixed of families with children, retired couples and professionals. Large park at the end of the street with playground, soccer field and ice skating ring. 2013: roofing (50 years warranty transferable).
2014: sanding hardwood floors, basement floors, inter-block outdoor terrace, painting, entrance door and shutters aluminum.
