It is located at the northern limit of St-Jean-Baptiste. The backyard has no immediate neighbors since it is the cliff overlooking the St-Roch district.
In front, you can see the oriel, the bay window, which brings even more light in the south side room. From the kitchen, you have access to the west side balcony: perfect for the first coffee or sunset. The second north-west balcony is in the treetops of the woods with a view of the mountains.
