Very nice property, many renovations over the years. 20,000 sq. ft. lot with automatic sprinklers and double garage of 23' X 32' heated with gas heater. Salt pool, heated with heat pump. The kitchen has been completely redone with quartz countertop and thermoplastic cabinets. Propane gas stove. No puzzle with the roof, it has just been redone by the permanent roofs of Quebec and therefore guaranteed for life. The house is air-conditioned by a split unit with remote control. The galleries are all fiberglass. Ideal for skiers and golfers, 2 min from Mont Ste-Anne and 20 min from the Massif ski centre. Parking is huge, you can park around 20 cars. Come visit it, you will not be disappointed.
Très belle propriété, beaucoup de rénovations au fil des ans. Terrain de 20 000 pi2 avec gicleurs automatiques et garage double de 23' X 32' chauffé avec aérotherme au gaz. Piscine au sel, chauffé avec thermopompe. La cuisine a été entièrement refaite avec comptoir au quartz et armoires en thermoplastique. Poêle au gaz propane. Pas de casse-tête avec la toiture, elle vient d'être refaite par les toits permanents du Québec et donc garantie à vie. La maison est climatisé par une unité split avec contrôle à distance. Les galeries sont toutes de fibre de verre. Idéal pour les skieurs et golfeurs, à 2 min du Mont Ste-Anne et 20 min du centre de ski du Massif. Le stationnement est immense, vous pouvez y stationner environ 20 voitures. Venez la visitez, vous ne serez pas déçu.
