Well lit all the apartment with daylight, on the ground floor. Beautiful divisions, view of the large inner courtyard and swimming pool. Warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Entrance doors are automatic. (Use with remote control available.) Ideal even for people with reduced mobility or the elderly.
The bathroom pole, and accessory are in the shed, if necessary.
Floors made of cherry wood. Renovated kitchen and bathroom, oak wood cabinets, patio door changed.

Bien éclairé tous l'appartement avec la lumière du jours, au rdc. Belles divisions, vue sur la grande cour intérieure et piscine. Ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante.
Les portes d'entrées sont automatiques. (Utilisation avec un télécommande disponible.) Idéal même pour les personnes mobilités réduites ou les personnes âgées.
Le poteau de salle de bain, et l'accessoire sont dans la remise, si besoin.
Planchers en bois de merisier. Cuisine et salle de bain rénovées, armoires en bois de chênes, la porte-patio changée.
Les fenêtres ont changées. Le robinet de cuisine et robinet de lavabo sont changés.
Le condo intérieur complètement été rénové.
Le stationnement et crépis de patio sont refaits. Les tapis de couloirs sont changés. Revêtement de la toiture est vient de la refaire.
Les autres parties communes sont aussi toujours très bien entretenues. Comme entretienne déneigement est toujours à l'heure.
