Very flexible in the timing for the possession.

Bungalow in (Val-Bélair) Quebec, QC., situated at 10 minutes from the military base and the Research Center and 22 km from the center of Quebec City.

Nearby, there is a bike trail where we can also walk or run, a motocross and a snowmobile trail. Not far there is a beautiful cross-country ski center.

We have an exit on Pie-XI Nord and a second one on Mousseau, a roundabout street. We have a sidewalk on the front of the house, two sheds and a large deck behind the house.

Roof rebuilt June 2017, a 50 year warranty by CertainTeed. The sewer system in the house related to the town's sewer system has been changed in 2007, permanent. 

Windows and doors were replaced and three walls were covered with vinyle and very well insolated.

Bi-energy furnace, a great economy and better quality of heat, at minus 12 Celsius degrees, a gage changes electricity to oil.
