Beautifully renovated ancestrale home - with possibility of income property or bi-generational - Located in an area that has all the amenities a person would need: Schools (elementary, junior high, high school) parks, bike paths, recreational centers, pools, parks, grocery stores, restaurants, 5 minutes from big banners stores such as Costco, Canadian Tire, Walmart, etc. and 20 minutes from Old Quebec.
The main house has been completely redone to meet modern standards. The house's plumbing and electrical have been complete redone, including the electrical box. The house has been insulated with polyurethane on all three levels (yes, that includes the basement) - R-17 to R-20 certified by RenoClimate.
Other modern comforts include: a fully renovated kitchen that contains a ton of cherry wood cabinets for those who love to cook, a ten-foot island with sink for those who love to entertain, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom for those who need space for their clothes, the main bathroom that boasts a vanity with a granite countertop and double sink, great for couples who like quality and their own space.
