The house is surrounded by a PVC gallery, with aluminum ramp, and ends at the rear with a large 256 square foot mezzanine overlooking the bridges and the North Shore of the river.

The house has superior insulation and soundproofing. The basement and kitchen were completely renovated and an excavated garage with workshop under the garage was built last year. This house offers many possibilities with its many rooms and large spaces. Lots of storage space, including two large walk-ins in the master bedroom. The dream kitchen with its 9-foot central island, multiple cabinets, built-in refrigerator and freezer will delight the cook.

My favorites for this house are the huge brick fireplace, double sided, in the center of the house and our work desk, fully fenestrated, with views of the city of Ste-Foy and bridges. I must add that the workshop underneath the garage is a huge asset to the gentleman. It is a very large house that will delight both adults and children.
